Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the second edition of the Global Medical Excellence Award is jointly promoted by the Dubai Quality Group and Balsam Academy for Medical Education & Research. The award honours healthcare institutions and professionals whose work demonstrates measurable value for patients, communities and systems.
